Limp Bizkit Drummer joins Zildjian’s line up of Artist Model Drumsticks
{16001.jpgrLadies and Gentlemen…John Otto. We are excited to announce the introduction of the John Otto Drumstick to our Artist Series line of drumsticks. John is the drummer with the popular band a{Limp Bizkit}.
The John Otto Model combines the profile similar to a 5A model stick, with a beefed up neck and barrel shaped wood tip. This design allows for increased definition throughout the drum kit without sacrificing durability. The stick is 16 inches long and 0.560 inches in diameter. John’s Model also features an eye-catching charcoal lacquer stain and reflective Chrome logo treatment featuring John’s signature. The stick is constructed from 100% US Select Hickory at the Zildjian Stick Factory in Moundville, Alabama.
{16000.jpglThe stick was designed for maximum durability coupled with dynamic response to provide the versatility required to record well in the studio and hold up to the rigors of a high energy Limp Bizkit live show.
According to Zildjian’s Assistant Product Manager of Drumsticks, Rick Kenney, “The John Otto Stick is designed to meet the strict demands of John within Limp Bizkit. We feel that his stick is perfect for applications from Rock and beyond. The John Otto Stick is as visually wild and hard-hitting as John’s drumming.”
